What to Expect?
This is a remote, project-driven role where you’ll get the freedom to solve real-world robotics challenges while working with a passionate, international team. We expect around 40 hours per week, with occasional visits on site. Starting compensation: €1,700/month (with growth potential as we scale).

What You’ll Be Working On
Design, train, and evaluate deep learning models in PyTorch for tasks such as object detection, segmentation, regression, and keypoint tracking.
Work with state-of-the-art architectures (YOLO, Mask R-CNN, UNet, transformers) and tailor them to our agricultural use cases.
Optimize models for embedded deployment using TensorRT, ONNX, and hardware accelerators.
Build efficient training and inference pipelines, focusing on speed, accuracy, and robustness.
Manage datasets, design preprocessing/augmentation strategies, and conduct experiments to boost model performance.
Collaborate with the robotics and software teams to integrate models into real-time robotic control.
Track metrics and iterate on performance to improve reliability in real-world field conditions.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch and deep learning model development.
Solid background in computer vision: detection, segmentation, regression, keypoint estimation.
Experience with TensorRT, ONNX, or similar optimization frameworks.
Familiarity with embedded/edge AI hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, GPUs, or similar).
Strong coding skills in Python; C++ is a plus.
Understanding of neural network architecture design and training best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment and collaborate across AI, robotics, and hardware teams.
